At Seymour’s Skills Academy, we provide award-winning training services to industry professionals and those wanting to kickstart a career in construction, helping to bridge the skills gap. We offer a top-tier training experience in construction safety and plant operation, all while making a positive social impact.
Passionate about bridging the skills gap
We deliver in-house training on an 11-acre simulated construction site. We offer training services to our peers within the industry to ensure award winning training contributes to bridging the skills gap.
Working in partnership with local higher education establishments and employment agencies, we provide training and experience for hard to reach and unemployed groups, leading to many finding local employment opportunities within the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry.

Given that safety in the workplace is a fundamental aspect of our mission and values here at Seymour Skills Academy, it should be expected that we provide a comprehensive selection of courses dedicated to Health & Safety Training to ensure everyone returns home safe everyday.
Our offerings encompass a wide array of programs, such as Manual Handling, Working at Heights, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal, Abrasive Wheels, SMSTS, SSSTS, CAT & Genny, NPORS Safety Awareness, and Confined Space training.
